Deadline in November: 

 

• Veterans of Foreign Wars-Voice of Democracy Audio Essay Competition, no status restrictions and due Nov. 1st.

• The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, no status restrictions and due Nov. 5th.

 

Deadline in December:

 

• AfterCollege Scholarship due December 31st, some legal status restrictions.

• Community Foundation of Henderson County Scholarships available in December.

 

Deadline in January:

 

• NC Hispanic College Fund for high school seniors and college students, due January 15th.

• Hispanic League Scholarships for those living or who have lived in Forsyth County. UNDOCUFRIENDLY! Application period from October 15-January 18.

• Hispanic Scholarship Fund opens enrollment on January 15th.

 

Deadline in March:

 

• Cumberland Community Foundation Scholarship due 03/31 at 11:59pm.

• The Dream.US High School and Community College Graduate Scholarship DACA FRIENDLY, TPS FRIENDLY!  Scholarship for high school graduates or scholarship for community college graduates. Only for certain colleges, check the website for more information. Due 03/01 at 11:59 pm.

Deadline in July:

• Financial Futures Scholarship is for future and current college students majoring in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Management, and others preparing for a career in the personal finance industry. Applicants will be judged based on outstanding academic achievement and submission of an essay. The scholarship award amount is $1,000. Applications are due July 31st
